This is open to all without distinction of origin, race or creed ,in accordance with the purpose, principles and methods conceived by the Founder Lord Baden Powell in 1907. Aim: The purpose of the Scouting & Guiding Movement is to contribute maximum to the development of youths in achieving their highest physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as an individuals, as a responsible citizens and as a members of local, national and world communities.
